Mr Yea - the man behind the success of many young musicians

Went back to SJC for a final practice with Mr Yea. Without him, the band will not be where we are today. He is the one who lighted my passion for music. He was the one who taught me who to play with feelings. He was the one who made me who I am today. He taught me how to be a performer and a leader. Because of you, Mr Yea, I learnt many many things. You had taught me many things that the school did not. Thank you for having faith in me to lead the band well. Thank you for contributing to my past 10 years as a clarinetist (that's more than half my life). Thank you for your nine long years of contribution to the band. Thank you for the overseas trips, the band exchanges and the workshops. You are the best conductor in the world. No words can describe how much you mean to me and to the band. I hope that you will continue discovering young musicians all around Singapore.
